Dr. Bart Hultine established
his private practice in 1979 after 15 years of employment
with the State of Nebraska as the Director of Rehabilitation
Services for Western Nebraska. His private practice
began with several contracts to provide counseling
services to disabled veterans, evaluate Social Security
recipients and serve a general counseling population.
Dr. Hultine has since been recognized as a well-qualified
vocational and economic forensic expert, across
the nation. His testimony has been sited by the
Nebraska Supreme Court, in both tort and Workers’
Compensation cases. |

He has served in several national offices with the American
Board of Vocational Experts, including President, and
has served on the national board of the American Rehabilitation
Economics Association. In addition to his extensive background
in human service and forensic testimony, his is an active
businessman, having owned manufacturing companies in Nebraska
and Jamaica, West Indies. He serves as a business consultant
to several of his family owned businesses and continues
to provide management assistance and development services
to other businesses of all types.
Dr. Hultine remains very active in his private practice,
returning persons with disabilities to employment. His
expertise in evaluation, plan development and economic
loss, has continued to occupy the majority of his professional
time. He is much sought after as an expert in the vocational
and economic, rehabilitation fields. He lectures and writes
excessively in Nebraska and nationally regarding disability
and Loss of Earning Capacity. His extensive work in the
rehabilitation field uniquely qualifies him to project
future earnings, assess life care needs, appraise the
values of businesses and farms, and assess the value of
one’s loss of capacity to perform household services.
His work in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Marital Dissolution
and Wrongful Termination cases is much in demand. He continues
to serve as Treasure of the American Board of Vocational
Experts and is the organization’s Membership Services
Chairperson. |

Judy Hultine, RN, MA is
actively involved in the practice as the primary
consultant regarding Life Care Planning. Ms. Hultine
consults with area medical and legal facilities
to appraise life care needs and works with other
forensic specialists to provide comprehensive Life
Care Planning.
Together with a variety of multidisciplinary specialists,
the practice serves the forensic community and private
businesses in the appraisal of economic values and
losses. |
