Flats is a men’s residence centrally located at
101 South Hastings Avenue, in the historic railroad district
of downtown Hastings, Nebraska. The two-story brick structure
has been renovated to accommodate several residents and
a variety of support and therapeutic activities. |

Byer's
Flats is committed to providing a comfortable, enriching
environment for men who have experienced an interface
with law enforcement. Our goal is to provide a healthy
atmosphere in which to grow and become a productive part
of society. A drug and alcohol free environment is absolute,
and therapeutic in-house support as well as community
based support is mandatory. Self-reliance, self-discipline
and self-respect will replace ambivalence and apathy,
resulting in an individual who will become a valuable
asset to his family, friends, employer and community.
